Our company was born out of our own passion for travel and exploring different types of accommodations. Over the years, we’ve stayed in all kinds of places and learned just how much a smooth accommodation experience contributes to the overall travel experience.

In the early 2020s, we began renting out our own apartment on a short-term basis during Rovaniemi’s busiest seasons, such as Christmas. Through this experience, we quickly learned what successful short-term rentals require in practice.

As our operations expanded to include our own additional properties and later to hosting apartments owned by others, the idea emerged for a service that combines practicality, meticulous attention to detail, and an understanding of both the owner’s and the guest’s perspectives.
